The video demonstrates how the Shuliy PET Flake Pelletizing Machine works.
After being processed by the PET hot cleaning line, the PET bottles become clean PET flakes. These flakes enter the PET melting extruder, where they are extruded into plastic strips through a hydraulic die. After passing through a cold water tank, the plastic strips are rapidly cooled and then enter a plastic blowing machine to further reduce the moisture on the plastic strips. They then enter a cutting machine to be cut into uniform plastic pellete, and finally enter a plastic pellete silo for packaging.
