How does a plastic crusher work?
There are two working principles of plastic crushers. The first one is to use dual-shaft or single-shaft low-speed rotation, and use the cutterhead to cut, cut, tear and pull the materials. The direct-connected worm gear reduction motor is directly installed on the driving shaft of the plastic crusher, and is transmitted to the driven shaft through gear shifting, so that the movable cutter of the driving shaft and the stationary cutter head on the housing form relative motion. The spiral tooth cutters on the driving shaft are staggered, so that after the material enters, it is squeezed, torn and sheared at the same time, thereby crushing the material.
The second method is to use a high-speed rotating impeller to tear and break long double-shaft chips. Multiple circular steel plates are connected in series on the high-speed rotating main shaft, and the circular plates rotate in conjunction with the main shaft. The circular plate is surrounded by 4 to 6 small gears made of manganese steel. The pinion rotates freely on its own axis. The long and messy twin-shaft chips enter the machine from the top port, are twisted by the gears on the high-speed rotating steel plate, and are torn into small pieces, and flow out from the sieve hole at the bottom. The size of the sieve hole can be determined according to the requirements of the twin-shaft chips. Selected based on plastic particle size.
