PET Bottle Washing And Granulating Main Processing Flow

1.Remove the bottle labels.

2.Crush the PET bottles into small flakes.

3.The PET flakes will be washed and separated in a sink float tank, PP PE flakes will be separate from PET by using water as a medium.

4.The high-temperature cleaning and friction cleaning，remove glue and oil stains.

5.PET chips dewatering，spin dry.
